| Blaž Mertelj Managing Director Blaž has 19 years of experience in business informatics, 13 of which have been in management, and several in international positions. He gathered most of his expertise and managerial skills in IBM where his career path led him from a technical expert in an international centre to diverse managing teams and roles in the corporation. He successfully completed several complex tasks and received many recognized awards. In recent years, he has been active in regional business environment where he assisted several growing companies in improving their organisational and sales capability. He has extensive business, organisational, HR and technical knowledge. This is why in addition to the role of Managing Director he also assumes the role of senior consultant in Atol. Leadership, creativity, openness, self-initiative and team spirit are his main personal characteristics. | |||

Rekha Bhatt Business Development Manager & Operations Manager, UK In her work experience of about 16 yrs in the IT & Telecom domains, Rekha has worked in multitude of Management and Functional roles including Business development, Presales and Programme Management, across Industry verticals and across UK, US and EMEA clients. Through these functions, she has played a Strategic IT Consultant role and has been part of Senior leadership team, leading large matrix managed teams to deliver Customer Centric solutions addressing the Business goals of clients. She has an Engineering degree from REC, Trichy and MBA from SNHU along with an Advanced Strategic Management certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Rekha is heading Atol’s UK operations and business development activities. | | |||

| Tamara Ćetković Head of Administration Tamara started working in the field of administration and finance twelve years ago and gathered extensive experience in large and small companies. In recent years, she took over the role of Chief of Administration in a small company and participated actively in project management and quality system building. Because a pleasant working environment represents a higher value to her, she takes care of the satisfaction of all the members of her team and ensures a consistent implementation of the human resources policy. She assumes these roles in Atol and because of her organisational skills and creative ideas, she organises events (take a look of Atol's first, second and third anniversary pictures). She represents support for the Atol team in marketing, sales and development with the knowledge gathered in IT companies. | |||

Matjaž Wiegele Head of SaaS Matjaž contributed to diverse projects at the Jožef Stefan Institute already as he was studying. He also completed his dissertation thesis when at the Institute. He started to develop software in Modula2, C/C++, SmallTalk, Java etc. twelve years ago and after five years he focused on infrastructure solutions. Greater and wider was the emphasis on the extensive and widely available Lotus infrastructure, Internet technologies and data base security. In recent years, he took over the management of development projects and maintenance and ensured the quality of performed services. Because of his extensive experience, he is the Atol's senior consultant for reliability of functions of the Domino infrastructure, team work support and project management. | | |||

| Blanka Cigler Assistant Director & Senior Consultant Blanka's paths lead from DHL to Atol. She has 19 years of experience in management, sales, business process optimization, and business results analysis. She mostly worked on the project implementation both at in Slovenia and abroad. One of those projects is a project called First Choice - how to become the first choice of clients and how to implement the Siebel CRM system for sales management. She successfully gained out a series of certificates – including Six Sigma Certificate in Vienna. She is an assistant director in Atol. Her tasks include a range from management and improving the effectiveness of human resource and financial processes, financial reporting to project management. She possesses good communication skills; she is strong and knows how to implement a formal and informal influence to achieve goals. | |||
